Healthy Sparkling Mineral Water Recipes

Turns out sparkling water isn’t just for drinking. Who knew? We did! We are going to blow your minds with all the ways you can use them. Sparkling water is extremely good for our body- we all know that. It is nourishing, energizing, and tastes and feels way better than mineral water. This magic potion can do more than just nourishment. It is quite an all-rounder. These are some great and surprising uses of sparkling water!

 

1.WATERMELON COOLER

There isn’t anything quite as refreshing as ice-cold watermelon. Needlessly to say how nutritious and easy it is to make.

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup of cubed seeded watermelon
  • ½ cup sparkling mineral water
  • Hint of lemon juice
  • Black salt
  • Chopped mint
  • Lime slices and chopped mint for garnishing

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Put cubed watermelon into a food processor and churn until liquid. Transfer it into a strainer and strain it to get rid of the seeds.
  • Put the mixture into a jar, add lemon juice, black salt and mint.
  • Combine the mixture with sparkling water, add ice and serve chilled.
  • You can add sugar, it’s totally optional since watermelon has its own sweetness.

2. ORANGE PUNCH

Orange is a low calorie, highly citrus fruit. It can detox and cleanse the entire gut. This is the perfect drink to beat the heat.

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup orange extract
  • ½ cup sparkling mineral water
  • Sugar to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all these together, add ice, slurppp and enjoy!! It’s one recipe for one of those lazy days when you feel slumped.

3. STRAWBERRY MINT SPARKLER

This light drink is perfect for any time of the year. Sparkling water adds flavour to it without adding sugar.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup strawberry
  • Mint leaves
  • 1 cup sparkling mineral water
  • Hint of lime juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Add sliced strawberries and mint leaves into a glass, crush them until mushy.Add sparkling water and lime juice. Top it with ice and garnish with leftover mint leaves and diced strawberries.

4. ROOHAFZA RETREAT

You must have guessed by the name, it’s our favourite drink from childhood. It’s light and reviving.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 spoonfuls of Rohafza syrup
  • 1½ cup of sparkling mineral water
  • Hint of lime juice


INSTRUCTIONS

Grab a glass, pour Rohafza syrup. Fill it with sparkling mineral water, add lemon juice. Stir well and put ice.It’s 100% compatible with your every mood.

5.CUCUMBER DETOX WATER

On the days you feel like you’re going to conquer the world, don’t forget your power drink. This detox drink will leave you feeling upbeat. 

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 sliced cucumber
  • Curry and mint leaves, finely chopped
  • Black salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine cucumber, curry and mint leaves. Prepare a jist out of it. Add black salt and sparkling mineral water to it. Stir and enjoy. It revitalizes your body and the fizz makes it even more delightful.

6. APPLE TEA

It’s one of those drinks you start your day with. Apple tea with a bubbly fizz is everything!

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of brewed tea, chilled
  • ½ apple, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
 

INSTRUCTIONS

Add honey while the tea is brewing. Pour the tea into a glass along with the apple and top it with bubbling sparkling water.
