minutesThere isn’t anything quite as refreshing as ice-cold watermelon. Needlessly to say how nutritious and easy it is to make.
Ingredients
½ cup of cubed seeded watermelon
½ cup sparkling mineral water
Hint of lemon juice
Black salt
Chopped mint
Lime slices and chopped mint for garnishing
Directions
- Put cubed watermelon into a food processor and churn until liquid. Transfer it into a strainer and strain it to get rid of the seeds.
- Put the mixture into a jar, add lemon juice, black salt and mint.
- Combine the mixture with sparkling water, add ice and serve chilled.
- You can add sugar, it’s totally optional since watermelon has its own sweetness.
